The 2008 Perkinstown Snowshoe Race Registration
Individual Racers If you are entering the Perkinstown Snowshoe Race as an individual racer, there are two ways to register for the race. The first is to download the registration document, fill it out, write a check for the appropriate amount, and mail it to the address found below with a postmark of January 12th or earlier. The second way is to register the day of the event. Registration will be held from 9:00am to 10:30 am. Cost is $25.00 and includes an event shirt and swag. If we run out of shirts on race day, we will order the size you need and mail it to you. The Kids Race is for children 12 & under. Cost is $3.00 and includes a medal. Perky the Porcupine will lead the children through the woods for the ¼-mile event. Parents are welcome to accompany their children through the forest. Team Competition To enter as a team, each team member needs to fill out an individual registration form. Team captains should submit all team member individual registration forms along with one Team Roster. Individual checks or one group check will be accepted. ($20/person -- no additional cost to enter as a team.) Mail the entire team entry to the address below. Team entries must be postmarked by January 12th.

The registration forms for early registration can be received by "right clicking" on the following link and saving the document to your computer. Once you have followed the above directions, send it with the appropriate payment to the following address.
For individual racers, please use a different form for each racer. For example, if you have 5 members of your family racing, print out the form five times and fill one out for each person. For payment, one check for all five of you is fine. Remember, to qualify for the reduced entrance fee, your letter must be postmarked by January 12th. If you are entering as a team, please use a different individual form for each racer. Also have the team form filled out. For payment, one check for the entire team is fine. Individual checks are fine, too. Remember, if the team information is not postmarked by January 12th, your team will not be entered.
